The Team:

• • Bernhard Heider
    Founder and Managing Director of Leadership Berlin – Netzwerk Verantwortung e.V., with extensive expertise in leadership development.
  • Ronja Höver
    As program coordinator of Leadership Berlin she coordinates the program and supports participants throughout the week.
  • Natalie Yakunich
    Former consultant from Cleveland, now an American expat in Berlin. She brings fresh perspectives on adjusting to life and leadership in Germany.
  • Hannah Schneider
    Historian from California, living in Berlin since 2018. She specializes in German history, including the Nazi dictatorship and the Holocaust.
  • Eka Neumann 
    Eka is a certified systemic coach and sociologist with a focus on diversity and discrimination. With strategic vision, she empowers diverse community leadership organizations to achieve sustainable impact. Her hands-on and inclusive approach inspires participants to embrace reflective and equitable leadership.
