Berlin Leadership Insights Program - September 2025

Aletta von Hardenberg worked for many years in corporate banking at Deutsche Bank in Hamburg and New York, spending ten years establishing Deutsche Bank’s diversity management program in Germany and Europe.
In 2006, she co-founded the business initiative “Charta der Vielfalt” (Diversity Charter) and, from 2011 to 2021, built up and managed Charta der Vielfalt e.V. as its managing director.

Aletta von Hardenberg is an alumna and contributor to the Leadership Berlin Advisory Board and is involved in various Leadership Berlin programs, such as the Collaborative Leadership Program, Seniors4Juniors, and Berlin Leadership Insights.
