Berlin Leadership Insights Program - September 2025

Andreas Scholz-Fleischmann has held senior leadership positions in municipal companies, including serving as Executive Board Member for Human Resources and Technology at Berliner Stadtreinigung (2004–2014) and as CEO of Berliner Bäder-Betriebe (2016–2019). Since 2019, he has been working as an independent HR consultant, advisor, and interim manager, and he currently also serves on the supervisory board of Berliner Bäder-Betriebe.

He has been a member of Leadership Berlin since 2013 and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2014. As a participant of the 2015 annual program and an active contributor to various initiatives, he brings his extensive management experience to advancing responsible and collaborative leadership in Berlin.
