Berlin Leadership Insights Program - September 2025

Paul Kustermann was born in Minneapolis in 1955 and has lived in Germany since 1983. He founded the organization “Red Noses – Clowns in Hospitals”, which brings healing joy to people in crises. With his company “Humor in practice” he offers consulting for professionals in social services and helping professions. Paul took part in Leadership Berlin’s annual program 2013 and has been a committed member of Leadership Berlin ever since.
